The electrical industry has and will always present new challenges and so, it is the commitment of PGE to stand firm on recognizing all of these changes that are affiliated with each industry NEC , NFPA , CTA, respectively. With this, the company has made a promise to not only adapt to these changes but make sure present and future clients are informed of them. 2013 was the inception of Pro-Grade's membership to CEDIA, believing the importance for having a backing such as this association is paramount for today's global demands. They can assure you they have the knowledge in all types of electrical ranging from lighting and climate control to calculating loads for high demand energy usage for your home or office.

Ramiro Ramirez
Founder and Principal
Owner/President Ramiro Ramirez has been in the electrical field for over a decade bringing knowledge and diversity. He has always been an advocate for quality and understands that in today's society there is a higher demand which at times can cause quality to be compromised. Throughout his career he has acquired a vast knowledge of many facets of the electrical and audio visual trade and continuing his education in both industries respectively, keeping the business operating in great order. He continues to expand in all divisions of the company and is always striving to improve the business.
Hobbies: On his days off, Ramiro enjoys fishing, running races, and spending time with his family.

Rene (Randy) Ramirez
Project Manager
Randy joined Pro-Grade Electrical in 2012 as a mechanic and a technician. He has continued his education in the industry and has helped build the company with his hands-on approach. He has roughly over a decade of on the job training and trade school to maximize his potential in this business. His insatiable appetite for new ideas continues to bring a fresh perspective to the company!
Hobbies: Randy likes to spend time outside of work exercising, walking his dog, running races and enjoys his time creating new ideas and innovating things within the electrical industry and for personal use.

Nestor G. Hernandez
Technician
Nestor joined Pro-Grade Electrical in 2014 as an apprentice with some experience to offer. His insatiable attitude toward learning has propelled him quickly in the industry. He has had training through the trade school and continues his studies in the electrical industry, always looking to better himself. He plans to further his career by growing in the company's A\V department.
Hobbies: Nestor spends enjoy his time off running races, fishing, building/fixing things, painting, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Christopher L. Moran Lead A\V Technician
Chris is our new recruit with an extensive background in the electrical industry within our very own, US Navy. A background as a Construction Electrician gives him an edge in the industry. With that, he joins Pro-Grade Electrical as the Lead A\V technician. Having a deep passion for the Tech Industry, he continues his studies in the A\V industry taking on the demand that is "Technology," and opening the doors for new customers.
Hobbies: Chris spends his time off camping, spending time with his family, and being a tech-junkie.
